Two Continents, One Table — Passport Not Required

An Evening of Spanish Soul & Argentine Charm

Join us as we “travel” from Spain to Argentina—no passport, no jet lag, just an unforgettable
evening of wine, food, and storytelling. This thoughtfully curated dinner brings together the
elegance of Spanish tradition and the bold spirit of Argentine winemaking, all in one seamless
experience.

Our special guests guiding you along the way:

Miquel Pons, enologist for Miquel Pons, brings generations of Spanish winemaking
tradition to the table. With a deep respect for heritage and a passion for expressive
terroir, Miquel crafts wines that capture the warmth, character, and timeless spirit of
Spain in every glass.

Martin Dundes of Bodegas Atamisque brings the bold spirit of Argentina’s Uco
Valley to your glass. With vineyards perched high in the Andes, his wines are as
expressive as the landscape. He’ll happily explain why altitude makes everything
better.

Together, they’ll take you on a journey filled with flavor, laughter, and just enough
wine to make you forget you’re still in the same time zone.

A Sparkling Welcome

We begin the evening with bubbles. Miquel Pons Gran Reserva Cava. It’s a serious sparkling
and will grab your attention at first sip.

First Course

Bodega Atamisque Malbec
Cured Wagyu Beef · Aged Beef Fat · Charred Baguette

A rich and indulgent opening—beautifully balanced by the depth and dark fruit of Atamisque’s
Malbec. This pairing wastes no time making an impression. Inspired by recent travels. I
genuinely can’t stop thinking about it.

Second Course

Atamisque “Serbal” Cabernet Franc
Sorrentinos · House Pasta · Tomato Sauce · Fresh Basil · Burrata

A traditional Argentine pasta. The Cabernet Franc brings structure cutting through the richness
of burrata and complementing the bright, herbaceous notes of the dish.

Third Course

Miquel Pons “Sui Generis” Red Wine
Mountain Paella · Boletus Edulis · Iberian Secret · Quail

A true centerpiece of the evening. A dish inspired by my time in San Sebastian that was labeled
“white rice” versus paella. Earthy, savory, and layered, this dish pairs beautifully with a Spanish
red that reflects both tradition and a modern sense of creativity.

Dessert Course

Justino’s “Rainwater” Madeira
Flan — Honey Vanilla — Espresso Twill

We close with a “fortified” finish. The Madeira’s gentle richness and subtle nuttiness elevate the
creamy flan, while a touch of espresso adds just the right contrast.

Meet the Winemakers

The evening is brought to life by two special guests who will guide you through each pour:

Miquel Pons, enologist for Pon Miquel, shares the story of Spanish winemaking through the lens
of tradition, terroir, and craftsmanship—along with a passion that’s as lively as his wines.

Martin Dundes of Bodegas Atamisque offers a glimpse into Argentina’s high-altitude vineyards
in the Uco Valley, where innovation

Great wine, thoughtful pairings, and a journey across two continents—all at one table. No
passport required… just a sense of adventure and a love for what’s in your glass.
